MBPA REMINDERS

Krispy Kreme

For those in winter groups selling Krispy Kreme, forms and money are due on TUESDAY FEBRUARY 28TH. We will be at rehearsal starting at 5:30pm to collect. A few reminders to help everything go smoothly:

No late order forms will be accepted. If you are unable to turn in your form on Tuesday please email secretary@mansfieldparents.org ASAP so that we can make alternate arrangements.
Any direct donations (donations where NO donuts are being ordered) should be kept in a separate envelope (with your students name on it) or in a paperclip and clearly labeled. This will allow us to credit your account the full amount of the donation.
All money received should match the amount on your order forms
Order forms should have your child’s names on it and all orders should be clearly written so there is no confusion when people are picking up orders.
Reminder that donuts will be in the school parking lot on Thursday, March 9th between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. We ask that you please inform all your folks who placed an order to make every effort to pick up their donuts during this time. If you cannot make it please text Frani @ 617-312-4521 as soon as you know so that we can make alternate arrangements.

Uniforms

Still haven’t returned your uniform? The next drop off will be on Saturday, March 11th from 2:00pm – 3:00pm.

SENIORS: Garment bag, dinkles, gloves, and shoe bag are yours to keep. Please ONLY return your full uniform, including shako in it’s box.

EVERYONE ELSE: Please return your full uniform, IN THE GARMENT BAG, and your shako in it’s box. Please keep your dinkles, gloves, and shoe bag at home.

Buttons

If you were not at Trumball to receive your Within 2023 button for percussion, your child might have it. A number were handed out yesterday to them. Please make sure you ask about it. If they don’t have it, that means we still do. Come to the meeting on the 2nd and make sure you pick it up.

Color guard buttons, I believe, were distributed to students during practice on Saturday.

We will set up an order form should you want to order more. Stay tuned for that.

Gillette

Sign Up Genius has been loaded with upcoming events. Please go to our website mansfieldbandparents.org and click on the sign up link on the righthand side of the home page. Remember, we are only able to support the program the way we do with the much needed funds raised by Gillette. Please consider volunteering for 2 or more events. If Gillette goes away the program as we know it goes away with it.

Band Parent Meeting

Our next MBPA meeting will be on Thursday, March 2nd starting at 6:00pm in the chorus room. We have lots going on so please join us.

CONTACT: We want to keep you as informed as possible. In order for us to be able to contact you via email, you must sign up HERE. Please forward this email to all your friends who have students in the band. Although Mr. DeJoy can message everyone, we need folks to specifically sign up through the MBPA to get notifications from the MBPA.
