I hope you had a restful week and weathered the brutal snow storm. Below is the week at a glance and some important updates.
Percussion
Congratulations to percussion for earning third place at WGI Trumbull finals this past weekend! We are now on to NESBA Natick this weekend. As always we need some help so please sign up using this sign up genius. Thank you!
Krispy Kreme
Krispy Kreme packets are now due on Thursday, March 2nd at the high school prior to the mbpa meeting.
Some reminders:
-All order forms & money (cash or checks made out to MBPA)
-Orders will NOT be accepted late unless the MBPA hears from you.
-MBPA cannot accept venmo payments for orders. You are welcome to have venmo payments sent to you, but all orders on your form must match the amount turned in.
Fall Uniforms
We have another uniform drop off date on Saturday, March 11th from 2:00pm-3:00pm.
Winter Home Showcase
Our winter home showcase featuring all our percussion and color guard groups is Sunday, March 12th at 4:00pm. Admission is $5 per person.
All Bands Concert
The all town band concert is on Thursday, March 23rd at 6:30pm at the high school. This event is for all concert band students.
MICCA
We are participating in the MICCA festival on Friday, March 31st from 2:00pm-4:30pm. This is for all concert band students. We are looking for some parent volunteers to chaperone kids and help set up the stage. Please let me know if you are interested!
Dayton
We are still looking for one parent chaperone for Dayton. As a reminder all chaperones have their travel and hotel costs covered. We are looking for a female chaperone if possible. If you are interested please email me.
