Welcome Message from MBPA President Carol Penney:

Welcome to the Mansfield Band Parents Association website.  This is my second year as an executive officer on the Board, and I am thrilled to be a part of supporting the music program in our schools as your new President.  I would like to express my sincere thanks to Lily Krentzman, our former President, and Patty Olsen-Goldberg, our former treasurer, for all their hard work and dedication.  I welcome Nancy LeBlanc as our new Vice-President and Jackie Newcomb as our new Treasurer.  Many thanks to Kelley Giambanco as our returning secretary for a second year. With an increase of approximately 30 students in band and projected increases in percussion and color guard, we must continue to offer a wide range of fundraising opportunities for all students in the music program.  We need your support as parents of band, percussion and color guard students to help out at our fundraising events. Please join us at a band parents regular monthly meeting held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM.  All meeting dates can be found on our website at mansfieldbandparents.org

Thanks,

Carol Penney, President

Mansfield Band Parents Association

 Are you a band parent?

If you have a student participating in any of the Jordan/Jackson, Qualters, or Mansfield High School band programs, including concert band, jazz band, marching band, color guard/winter guard or percussion ensemble, then welcome!  You are indeed a member of The Mansfield Band Parent’s Association – it’s really that simple!

Want to know what’s happening and when?  Tell us a little about yourself and your student and we’ll let you know about events and schedules including concert dates! Click here to join our email list.

New to the website? Probably the most important page for you to visit and bookmark is our online calendar which contains dates, times, and links to details for events, trips, and performances for all band and color guard groups as well as band parent meetings 🙂
