- Thank you to Brenda for making the signs
- We have a total of 51 golfers
- Fundraising
- New Calendar Idea for next year
- Instead of procuring and raffling off a prize for each day, we would sell “days” on the calendar that will correspond to the number of entries you get in the raffle (e.g. “buy” Nov. 3rd, pay $3 and get 3 entries; “buy” Nov. 27th, pay $27 and get 27 entries, etc.) There would be 1 winner who would get $1000 prize
- Question on how we will collect entries/keep track of the people who enter
- Gillette
- Please sign up just as soon as you know you are able
- Guy reports Gillette has been slow for now but will be picking up soon with the World Cup games
- The first FIFA game is 6/13; we cannot have late sign ups as credentialing needs to goes to a 3rd party and everyone who plans on working FIFA games must be credentialled well in advance
- If you are credentialled already you can sign up last-minute; the issue is we don’t know who has been credentialled
- If you don’t hear back from them you’ve been approved but you could get a rejection email (bad photo, etc.)
- We’ll have new uniforms; no logos can be shown at all
- Concert season is at the end of the summer, with football games following (which will be added to SUG as soon as we know the dates)
- Katherine added that we need sign-ups leading up to FIFA (Revs and Legacy games) so we are in good standing with Gillette
