HOME SHOW – ALL HANDS ON DECK!! – Mansfield Band Parents Association

Hello Everyone

On March 7th MBPA will be hosting our annual Home Show. Despite the fact that this is a competition for Winter Guard and Percussion, this is a MASSIVE fundraiser for the ENTIRE MARCHING BAND/BAND/COLOR GUARD PROGRAM….for this reason we need help from everyone to make this day a success for our organization.

This is a very busy day with lots and lots of moving parts and we need all hands on deck!! We have had a great response for volunteers on our Sign Up Genius, but there are still slots that we NEED to have filled. Please take a look and sign up for a slot, or 2, or 3 :). There is a brief description of each volunteer position and we will be floating around to help and answer any questions that may arise!! HERE is the link for volunteers.

At this event we will be selling candy/candy grams, concessions, popcorn, waffles with all the fixins, as well as a bake table. We make a fair amount of money on these items over the course of the day for hungry performing groups and thousands of spectators! Please sign up HERE to donate food items.
