Hello Percussion Parents,
Attached is a final info packet for Dayton next week. This was also posted in the students’ google classroom. Please review it and let me know if you have any questions.
As you will see in the packet, there are some provided meals and some meals that are the student’s responsibility. One of the meals that is the student’s responsibility is lunch at BJs Brewhouse. In order to expedite the ordering and payment process for this outing the MBPA will be invoicing each student $25 for this meal and will then pay the restaurant as one entity.
Please note that dinner at the University of Dayton arena must be paid via credit or debit card. If your student does not have a card or you do not feel comfortable lending them a card please have them make arrangements with another student to use their card and pay them back.
Students will put in their order for sandwiches on Saturday at rehearsal. At this time we will review the entire trip.
If you have any questions please let me know!! Otherwise make sure your child(ren) are up bright and early on Wednesday!
