2023 Percussion Meeting Information

Good Evening All,

I am sending the information gone over in the meeting today over email so everyone has it. During the meeting today we will be discussing the schedule of the season as well as the financial obligations for the season. The calendar is attached as a pdf and is also available in your child’s google classroom. The attached packet will also be in the google classroom. As times are finalized the calendar will be updated in google classroom.

Also attached to this email is the packet handed out. This packet goes over the Dayton and Trumbull trips and the financial costs associated with them as well as the rest of the season. Please read it through and let me know if you have any questions.

The first thing I need back from you/your child is the contract at the end of the packet. Please have your child and one parent/guardian sign it and return it by December 6th. Field trip forms will be provided at the end of the month for all our competitions.
