I am reaching out to request help from 5 parent volunteers for tomorrow’s (9/16) football game. This is our first public performance of our show and we need your help to make it a success! The 5 volunteers will be helping move front ensemble equipment on and off the field during halftime as well as helping move equipment to and from the school. This does include some slightly heavy lifting and the ability to push equipment quickly. All volunteers must already be CORI checked. Below is a breakdown of the responsibilities.
6:30pm – Move equipment from band room to football field
6:45 – Enjoy the Game!
2:00 Left to go in the Third Quarter – Meet front ensemble on track near the stands
Halftime – Move equipment on to the field
After Performance – Move equipment back to band room
Once the equipment is back near the band room you are done! This will be around 8:00pm.
