Rehearse-a-thon

Good Afternoon,

I just wanted to update you on this weekend’s winter percussion and winter guard rehearsal. We will be running our Rehearse-a-thon’s and will rehearse from 9am-9pm for winter percussion and 1pm-9pm for winter guard. At 8:30 we welcome parents and family members to join us in the MHS gym for a preview show of the winter percussion ensemble, and the winter guard welcomes parents and family members for a parent performance at 9pm in the QMS gym.

The MBPA will be providing lunch and dinner for the students and staff on Saturday (lunch and dinner for percussion and dinner for guard). There is a sign-up genius for food donations. Please help out if you can!

Sponsorships:

Please have all students hand out the sponsorship paperwork to their assigned businesses. Although the deadlines won’t be the same as for the Home Show, we will be doing an Ad Book to use at a district wide concert this spring. So, please have your student get their sponsorship paperwork to the businesses and solicit for Friends and Family shout outs as well. We will send out the new deadlines ASAP.
