Attendance: Peter Conti, Matt Maguire, Sandy Clinton, Jen Hume, Laura Dunn, Laurie Sklar
– Stefano’s Fundraiser slated for 8/28/12
– Car Wash to be scheduled for August—Sandy to contact Bob LaConte for possible date
– Downtown Mansfield event was a huge success—we raised over $800
– Idea of buying the Marching and Concert 2012 WGI videos was entertained; Laura to research
– Big E is 9/20/12
– UMASS Band Day at Gillette is 11/17; Pete is planning on taking the Band and Color Guard to participate in this event. Band Parents to supply tailgate lunch for the groups
– Peter and Matt are registering for WGI in 2013 for both Percussion and Color Guard to attend
- -Band Camp is 8/13-17 10-5 pm. (possible ½ day on 8/17) Band Parents to sponsor a Pizza Dinner on 8/16 w/ desserts provided by Band Families
– Laurie needs a Baritone Sax badly—any ideas for procuring one ASAP??
– There will be no AUGUST meeting—to be posted on the website.
