FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES

We welcome you all to take a look at a few fundraising opportunities that we have going on. All are open to the community at large, so please feel free to share with family and friends. The paint night and golf tournament have a capacity cut-off, so if interested sign up soon!!

SPRING PAINT NIGHT @ THE ELKS

Join us for a Spring themed paint night. Proceeds will go towards reducing the cost of the winter percussion trip to Dayton in April. Light snacks served and a cash bar available for drinks. RSVP DEADLINE: March 14th so that we have enough supplies for everyone.

FIRST ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

As many of you know, our high school marching band and color guard are proud to be an active part of our community, performing at town parades, holiday celebrations, school events, and local gatherings throughout the year, all while competing regionally and nationally. Through these performances, our students represent our town with pride, spirit, and excellence.

WINTER UNFUNDRAISER / BUSINESS SPONSORS

Althouh the Unfundraiser’s current focus is on Winter Percussion, our fundraiser will raise funds for this season as well as allow us to replenish funds for ALL programs. The more funds we raise, the more bells and whistles we are able to provide the band, marching band, guard, and percussion groups. It’s a fundraiser that is tax deductable, can be matched if your company has a matching program, and shared with friends and family. We appreciate any donation. Donation In-Kind letters will be provided.

MILES UNFUNDRAISER FLYER

Additionally, we created a business sponsor fundraiser. Do you or a family member own a business or perhaps you work for a company that likes to support the performing arts. Please use this flyer for these type of donations. Depending on your level of donation, we will show our appreciation with Social Media posts, add your logos to our show shirts, and include your business’ name in our concert program. We would love to share with everyone the businesses who support us. If you have any questions please reach out. Donation In-Kind letters will be provided.
