SHOUT OUTS FOR OUR PROGRAM!

Calling all past, present, and future band supporters!!

We are hosting our first ever home show and this is your opportunity to add a message to our digital program to wish your favorite band member, band members or just the entire team good luck! If you, your family and/or friends buy a message it will be placed in our digital program that folks will have access to at our Home Show.

The cost to submit a message is $10. Thank you for your support!

If you would like to submit more than one Shout Out, simply fill out the form a second time. For multiple submissions – you only need to make one payment (3 submissions = 1 payment of $30). Payment can be made through venmo and the QR code is on the form. We can also be found @MansfieldBPA under Charities in the venmo app.

All submissions are due in no later than SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12th. We cannot publish anything submitted after 10/12.

The Home Show will be held at Alumni Stadium on October 18th from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Gates open at 4:00pm. Cost is
$15/person and $10/person for students and senior citizens.

Please forward this email to all your friends who have students in the band. Although Mr. DeJoy can message everyone, we need folks to specifically sign up through the MBPA to get notifications from the MBPA.
