FUNDRAISING:

KRISPY KREME – Reminder that all Krispy Kreme order forms and payments are due tomorrow, Thursday, February 27th. Order forms & money can be dropped off with Mr. DeJoy or Frani will be at the high school from 5:30 – 6:00 Thursday evening to collect as well. Please ensure all order forms are filled out clearly with first and last name and check are made out to MBPA, if applicable. UNFORTUNATELY LATE FORMS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
CAN DRIVE We will plan on having another drop off can drive in February. Until then you are still able to bring your cans & glass bottles to the Redemption Center located on Forbes Blvd across from Stop and Shop. Cans and plastic bottles can be in bags but glass bottles should be returned in either boxes or their original packaging. You should have a count to provide them with of what you are delivering. You can either let them know it is for Mansfield Band or provide them with this printed form

BAND SWAG IS IN

If you ordered band swag (percussion, color guard, pit crew, or just general merchandise) the orders are in. Frani will be at the high school
- Tomorrow, 2/27 from 5:30 – 6:00
- Saturday, 3/1 from 9:45 – 10:15
If those times don’t work, please reach out and we can coordinate how to get you your items.

ADDITIONAL PERCUSSION BUTTONS

If any percussion families would like additional buttons, please use this FORM. Additional buttons are $7.50 each and there is no minimum number you need to order. Orders will be taken until March 8th and you will be notified once they are in.

CREDIT MEMOS & INVOICES:

If you have an outstanding invoice we ask that you please pay it as soon as possible. If you need financial assistance, please reach out to Jeff (treasurer@mansfieldbandparents.org) or Mr. DeJoy as soon as possible so we can assist where needed.

UNIFORM CLEANING

For our percussion families – we understand that an all white uniform presents a slight problem with teenagers. Please know that uniforms can be washed in the machine in COLD water on the DELICATE cycle. Please hang to dry. DO NOT put it in the dryer. They should wash up pretty well. If you find that their harness has made a permanent mark on their shirt – not to worry, if the harness made the mark, the harness will cover the mark. Just do your best.

SENIOR FAT HEADS

250 PARADE – May 17th, 2025

We are extending the deadline to join the parade to March 31st. We have had a great response so far with around 25 alumni signed up to march and/or play with us. We’d love to see even more. Please spread the word to anyone you know that was part of the band or color guard. Use the link HERE to let us know you’ll be joining us. Please remember to submit payment as well once you have signed up.
