Buttons are $7.00 each

Would you like to have additional buttons to wear at games and competitions to support the band and your student? Want to surprise the grandparents with a great holiday gift? Fill in the form below and submit payment no later than FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13th. If paying by check, please make out to MBPA. Check and cash payments need to be submitted with a printed copy of this form. Feel free to drop off the form and your payment at QMS between 8:00-2:00 to the attention of Frani Spivak, or send in your payment and order form with your student to give to Mr. DeJoy.
