MARCHING BAND BUTTONS ARE IN!

IMPORTANT PERMISSION SLIPS SENT HOME WITH STUDENTS THIS EVENING

9/21/2023 UPDATE

Please ask your student for all of the items they received after Marching Band rehearsal this evening. They received a fun gift from the MBPA this evening, YAY Marching Band Buttons! along with any swag that you may have ordered from the apparel form.

(Please note, the opportunity to order additional buttons will be coming shortly. Stay tuned!)

Permission slips for Saturday’s competition were sent home, along with the MetLife permission slip and medical form. The permission slip for Saturday’s competition is due Saturday am at the latest. If it is not returned by Saturday am, students will not be able to participate in the competition. Please make sure to complete the forms and send them in with your student either Friday or Saturday morning. If they are not filled out and turned in, they will not be able to participate this Saturday.

The MetLife permission slip and the attached medical forms are due back by September 29th. Even if you have filled out medical forms for previous events, you still need to submit these forms. This is a policy that we need to follow, thank you for your understanding.

Please forward this email to all your friends who have students in the band. Although Mr. DeJoy can message everyone, we need folks to specifically sign up through the MBPA to get notifications from the MBPA.
